First-time customer. Ordered the Hercules breakfast. It was awesome! House potatoes were fire. Massive amount of food. Couldn't finish it all. Staff and management were very nice and polite. Nice place to eat a good, hearty breakfast. Highly recommend. A

I mean I would have never thought that I would be enjoying brunch in Silvis Illinois but here we go. In all honesty, didn’t hate it. Just kidding it was suprised good. Big on hash browns so please don’t ruin, which they didn’t so ok in my book. Average and about average brunch choices which always tickle my fancy so hey shout out to you Egg Parlor. Definitely will return.

Came in at 12:00 on a Saturday, the place wasn't busy at all and got immediately sat. The waitress came by very quickly and took my order. I ordered the Monkey Bread and Mexicano Skillet. The monkey bread came out pretty quick, maybe 5-10 minutes. It was very warm and sweet. Once I finished that, the skillet came out probably another 5 minutes afterward. I was surprised with how big the portion was. Yet again, the food was really good. I'd highly recommend coming here for a breakfast/lunch if you have the opportunity to. Everyone is really nice, and the food will most likely meet or beat your expectations.

This is my third visit here. I highly recommend it. 12.18 for a veggie omelet, with hash browns, and two pancakes. I do like the waffles best but I'm biased anyway. It's fast and delicious. The quality and environment are great. What more do you want?

Such a fun menu. It was hard to decide. The avocado toast was amazing!! The Thai coffee was great. The monkey bread seemed to be made out of homemade cinnamon rolls. Great service. Cutest little place!

Our server Claudia was GREATTT we came in with our toddler they were VERY kid friendly. Mimosas were good and a great price. And the food was PHENOMENAL. Owner came out and he was so friendly and nice made us feel welcomed. We will 100 percent be back and recommend coming to eat here!

Egg Parlor in Silvis is hands down one of the best local breakfast spots we've had the pleasure of visiting in the QC! The place is immaculately clean with a modern, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. They even have a patio/pergola area if you want to eat outside. Every time we've eaten here, the food has been nothing short of excellent, and today was no different. Our server today was They even have a patio/pergola area if you want to eat outside super good—friendly, smiling, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which added to the overall positive experience. She was also quite knowledgeable about the menu and made some spot-on recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. We tried the Mexicano Skillet, which had so much flavor with the chorizo, eggs, cheese, etc. The Classic Eggs Benedict was perfectly executed and absolutely delicious. And for something sweet, the French Toast topped with fresh berries, which was the perfect way to end the breakfast. If you're a fan of dark roast coffee, Egg Parlor has you covered with a rich, bold brew that pairs wonderfully with their breakfast items. This place is a gem—a great local spot with consistently good service, a clean and comfortable environment, and fantastic food. We highly recommend Egg Parlor and can't wait to return! A QC favorite!
